Healthy breakfasts of fresh home baked breads and muffins, crunchy granola, quiche, yogurt, fresh fruits and juices, eggs in the shell, coffee and herbal teas can be enjoyed by the fireplace in the lounge, or on a tray at your cottage, or best of all, at the creek side.

In the summer months, Briar Patch Inn hosts Phoenix musicians Marianne Kremer-Ames and Alan Ames, classical guitar and violin, who play at creekside during breakfast.  Afternoon, evening snacks in the Inn: Enjoy hot mulled cider, a welcome drink in the chill of winter or cool iced tea on a warm summer day, along with home baked cookies, fresh fruit, crackers and cheese.
