Kokopelli Suites was built in 1996 as the most advanced, luxurious limited service hotel in Sedona. As a result, the hotel was designed as a suites concept incorporating upgraded amenitites such as Craftmatic adjustable beds and in-room jacuzzis and fireplaces.

Today, the property remains in the family and is run by the developer's daugher. This next generation is committed to bringing and keeping the hotel as the most luxurious limited service hotl in town. To date, the property has expanded to include complimentary high speed internet, down bedding, new bath and body works amenities, and new dual massaging shower heads and curved shower rods. Completely remodled in 2007 including all new carpet, paint, granite jacuzzis and vanities, travertine tile in bathrooms, new draperies, and sofas.
