Walk to Uptown

Uptown Sedona is home to many of our shops and galleries, plus some great restaurants.   Stay in this area if you want to be in the area where you can walk to these offerings.

Family Friendly

These properties welcome children of all ages.  Stay at these properties if looking for a place to stay with your family.

Romantic

These properties offer accommodations geared toward a getaway with a special loved one.  Many have jacuzzi tubs and/or gas fireplaces.

Best Red Rock Views

While most all of Sedona's properties have views from somewhere on the premises, these properties offer exceptional views or have rooms that look right out to the red rocks of Sedona.

Privacy Off the Beaten Path

If you're looking to be away from the main roads and traffic, these properties are in quieter areas in and around Sedona.

Outdoor Pool/Spa

You can generally swim outdoors in Sedona from April-October.  Some properties have heated year round pools and most all of the outdoor jacuzzi/spas are open year round. Our only indoor pool at the BW Arroyo Roble Hotel is also on this list.

Budget Accommodations

Much of the year, these properties are typically under $100/night, two star properties, priced well considering that Sedona is a resort/tourism town which can be more expensive than some other cities and towns.

In Room Jetted Tubs

Jetted whirlpool or indoor jacuzzi tubs are offered by these properties.  Some are in the room, some in the bathroom.  Many are two person tubs, although some are just oversized or single tubs with jets.

If you're looking for spa services such as facials and massage, they're offered on-site at these luxury properties.

Luxury Bed & Breakfast Inns

Sedona has the highest concentration of four star B&Bs in the country.  Look at this list of high end properties, many with private entrance rooms and suites, that offer a full breakfast.

This is your place to view our nicer hotels and resorts, many are three star properties, with a few nicer three star ones included.

Casual Comfortable Bed & Breakfasts

From very traditional, home-like B&Bs with owner hosts to other types of casual inns, these properties offer a full breakfast, private bath and lots of interaction with hosts and guests.

Middle of the Road Hotels/Motels

With most of these properties in the three star category, this is where you want to look for a mid-range motel/hotel.  Most have some amenities like an outdoor pool and continental breakfast.

Value Priced Motels and Small Inns

Our least expensive properties are listed here.  We only represent clean, well-maintained properties, although these are mainly smaller older properties.
